The passion and drive behind Wolfe Specialty Real Estate and Consulting originates from the company's owner and Broker-in-Charge, Ben Wolfe. Ben is 32 years of age, resides in Raleigh, NC along with his wife Lauren, and devotes his time to real estate, family, philanthropy and the great outdoors. Since earning a Business Management degree from NC State University in 1999 Ben has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to rural real estate, stewardship, and wildlife management. Ben thoroughly enjoys being able to combine this valuable knowledge base with uncomprimising performance standards in an effort to ultimately help buyers, sellers, and land enthusiasts accomplish their respective goals and objectives.
In addition to real estate, Ben devotes a significant amount of his time performing philanthropy work. The organization Ben is most closely associated with is Outdoorsmen for Alzheimer's, Inc. This is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded by Ben in 2005 as a way to get sportsmen and women involved in the advancement of Alzheimer's research, education and awareness. Other organization's Ben is proudly affiliated with include the North Carolina Forestry Association, National Wild Turkey Federation, North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation, National Rifle Association, Pope and Young Club, North Carolina Bowhunters Association, and Ducks Unlimited.
Wolfe Specialty Real Estate and Consulting is proud to announce its alliance with Robert Smith. Robert Smith is a talented Consulting Forest and Wildlife Biologist who helps landowners integrate their wildlife management, timber and agricultural objectives. Robert grew up in the Deep South and earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Forest Ecology from the University of Georgia. Robert is an avid outdoor photographer (visit www.photobiologist.com ), hunter, fisherman, and a non-industrial private forest landowner. He has a particular expertise in working with large properties and commercial hunting and fishing operations.
